We are thrilled to have Smash Kitchen & Bar as an official league sponsor this season! In addition to a generous $250 base sponsorship, Smash Kitchen is offering our league a cash-back percentage based on how much our community spends at the restaurant before tax before the end of our season.
To help us secure this extra funding, please save your receipts whenever you eat at Smash Kitchen & Bar and send them our way.
How to Submit Your Receipts
- Physical Receipts: Turn them in directly to a league executive; Josie, Liz, or Wendy.
- Digital Receipts: Forward your digital receipt or email a photo of your receipt to markhamladieshockey@gmail.com.
How It Works
At the end of the season, Smash Kitchen will calculate our collective total spending (before tax) and issue our league a kickback based on the tiers below:
| Total League Spending |
Kickback Percentage |
| $4,000 or less |
4% |
| $4,001 to $6,000 |
6% |
| $6,001 to $8,000 |
8% |
| $8,001 or more |
10% |
The Impact (An Example)
If we have 75 league members (players, coaches, parents, and fans), and each person visits Smash Kitchen just 4 times between now and the end of April 2027, spending $30 per visit—that totals $9,000 in spending. At the 10% tier, our league would receive an extra $900!
